Christine Burtt is president of CQB & Associates, Inc., a public relations and political consulting firm established in Denver in 1981. 

She works with both corporate and political clients, including national leaders such as Gale Norton and Jim Nicholson, the immediate past secretary of Veterans Affairs. 

Christine is recognized as a key political consultant and has managed or consulted to 50 political campaigns, with 40 wins. 

Since 1995, she has worked as a political trainer in the emerging democracies of Russia, Angola, Mongolia, Indonesia, Jordan, Morocco, and Ramallah in the West Bank, Palestine.

A native of Denver, Christine is an active community volunteer. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Council for Economic Education, a non-profit organization that promotes economic literacy and is chairman of the Colorado Republican Business Coalition, which works to protect small business at the Colorado legislature.  In 1998, the Mile Hi Girl Scouts honored her as a Woman of Distinction.

Christine earned both a bachelor and master’s degree at the University of Colorado.  She and her husband, Doug, are parents of a son who is an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard, and a daughter, who is a professional singer/songwriter.
